Sizing & questions

Every piece is made to order in our own atelier — here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs.

What size room is the 42″ Aeris Whisper best for?+

The 42″ diameter works well for medium to large bedrooms, living rooms, and master suites. Confirm your ceiling height is at least 8′–9′ to allow safe clearance below the blades.

Can I adjust the hanging height?+

Yes. The adjustable rod is 11.8″ (10cm + 20cm). We can extend it upon request during the build-to-order process—contact us with your ceiling height.

What color and finish options are available?+

Motor housings come in Black, White, or Wood color. Blades are natural wood. The shade is White acrylic. Choose your preferred body finish when ordering.

How do I control the fan and light?+

The Aeris Whisper ships with a handheld remote. Control 6-speed fan operation and light brightness. Select Warm Light (3000K) or Three-color Changing Light (3000K–6000K) at purchase.

Is installation difficult?+

It is hardwired ceiling-mounted. We recommend a licensed electrician for safe installation. An installation guide and wiring diagrams are included with your order.
